Role: Full Stack Engineer (Front End Focused)

Location: Durham, NC OR Westlake, TX OR Boston, MA (Hybrid-One week a month onsite and 3 weeks a month remote)

Duration: Long Term Contract to Hire

The Role

Your role will focus on developing/implementing the capabilities of the Cognitive Computing Platform in a Full Stack Developer capacity on an Agile/Scrum team. Daily activities will involve development, automated testing, meeting with technology peers (including architecture) to work through technical designs, supporting other developers on the team with their deliverables, and participating in Agile ceremonies.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with designing and building large scale applications


• Proven knowledge and experience in application development micro front ends & micro services


• Very strong in JavaScript, Node, Vue.js, CSS, HTML & Browser Developer tools


• Proven expertise with end-to-end Dev Sec Ops automation with CI and CD pipelines including Unit, Component, Functional, Performance, and Security test automation


• Solid understanding of Cloud Native Software Engineering practices


• Proven expertise in using mock frameworks and service virtualization


• Certifications in, and working experience with, AWS/Azure


• Good knowledge of HTTP based APIs, Networking and how the internet works


• Automation Tools/Frameworks


• Solid understanding of at least one No-SQL datastore


• Linux, Shell Scripting, Docker, and AWS Cloud certification preferred


• Optionally: skilled in GraphQL and WebSocket
