Position--Front Office Executive Experience-1-2yrs Experience : 1 to 2 years Qualification-Any Graduate Location: Andheri Offerable CTC: 25 K to 30 K Per Month
Job description- Roles & Responsibilities Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls. Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail. Copying, scanning, and filing documents. Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events. Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements. Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
