Salary: 20.00-23.00/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (hours may vary)
Responsibilities:
Source, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and outcomes. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Previous office experience preferred Strong communication & organizational skills Ability to stay composed under pressure Benefits:
