As Front Desk Administrator, you will be the first person people see when coming to our HQ located in Downtown Denver. The Front Desk Administrator is responsible for day-to-day operations at the Companys office to ensure steady workflows and uninterrupted services in our organization, including providing administrative support for facility management, travel and calendar management, and general front-desk administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily front desk duties, including greeting guests, maintaining office supplies including food, mail, and deliveries
  • Coordinate and negotiate with all vendors, including but not limited to, plant maintenance, cleaning, facility maintenance, and building management
  • Provide support and serve as the primary contact for all office events, including any meetings with external guests, large food orders, or any other required logistical planning
  • Support the other members of the G&A team, including the executive assistant and Chief of Staff by assisting with travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and internal luncheon planning, among other tasks
  • Support People & Culture team by assisting with internal event planning, including team building events and meetings
  • Provide kitchen maintenance, including restocking, loading dishwasher, making coffee and other kitchen-related tasks
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a neat front desk work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Demonstrated experience of success in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to solve problems, exercise good judgment, and accept direction
  • Ability to meet the public and staff as a positive, friendly and professional representative of the Company
  • Effective social interaction, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform multiple assignments effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively and establish effective working relationships
  • Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook required;
  • Basic knowledge of office machines
  • Must be in the office 5 days per week

Physical Demands

  • Must be physically able to bend and lift boxes and packages up to 50 pounds
