Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team. The Junior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights that contribute to informed decision-making. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong analytical skills and a passion for understanding business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and clarifying business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Assist in creating detailed reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of new processes and initiatives.
• Help in maintaining accurate documentation of business processes, workflows, and procedures.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and team members to learn and grow within the role.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve analytical techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and extract valuable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic understanding of business processes and concepts.
• Entry-level experience or internship in a business analysis or related role is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to the team's success.

Salary:

Starting pay rate will be $32.5 to $35 per hour with an increment of 10% after completion of six months & 1000 professional working hours
