We have an exciting opportunity for a Food Expeditor to join our team at our renowned Captain's Quarters restaurant atop THE TOWER resort! As a Food Expeditor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that all food is cooked and plated to perfection, delivered to the customer in a timely manner, and that the kitchen operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders between the kitchen and waitstaff.
• Ensure that all meals are prepared according to order and plated to perfection.
• Deliver orders to customers' tables accurately and in a timely manner.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and hand wash specific items as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and methods.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
