Highly respected renowned Personal Injury Plaintiff's law firm seeking an experienced First Party Property Attorney to lead a brand new department.

Attorney must be able to manage a caseload and be a part of building out the department, demonstrate exceptional knowledge and expertise in all phases of case, and provide superior client service. Must possess strong and persuasive negotiation skills as well as excellent writing skills. Candidate must have extensive experience taking and defending depositions.

A minimum of 3+ year’s civil litigation experience, specifically in either the area of Property Insurance Litigation (plaintiff-side). Experience managing staff is a plus.
