Perform supervisory duties such as responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints and ensuring satisfactory service. Supervise and instruct sales employees specializing in steel products, including rear panels for TV and exteriors for shipping containers designated for corporate clients, such as Samsung, Hyundai, and others. Coordinate sales activities with other departments, including manufacturing, logistics, and finance. Monitor and record sales activities and inventory to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Requirement: 2 year of experience as Manager, Supervisor, or related.
