Duties: The Analyst, Finance ERP Data Reconciler position will support the Project Aurora team with analysis during the conversion and validation phases of the ERP implementation: Responsible for performing monthly data validation of P&L and stat accounts for all scenarios/versions Research individual intersection variances between converted data and source data Work with senior team members to problem solve and propose solutions Take notes in meetings and track follow-up items
Skills: 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting/reporting systems Self-starter, well organized, extremely detail-oriented and a highly collaborative team member Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment Microsoft Excel proficiency required, including modeling, pivot tables and variance analysis Must be very comfortable joining different excel tabels using concatenated data keys Must be very comfortable working with large data sets Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
