Prepare, execute, and manage accounting work plans, liquidation, and restructuring analysis for bankruptcy litigation cases across numerous industries; review key financial and operational business metrics, including project revenue and actual vs. budget; forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, margin, and income projections for clientele; provide financial and analytical support services in litigation, transaction advisory, valuation, and bankruptcy and restructuring engagements; analyze profitability and cash flow for business reporting and decision-making; lead external audit and internal control and risk assessment engagements; perform audit procedures such as revenue (exposure with ASC 606), inventory, debt, equity, expenses, accounts receivable, fixed assets, notes receivable, and investments; and supervise first and second year staff auditors on engagements including allocation of work, client communication, training, resolution of issues, and evaluating performance.
Three (3) years of Audit Accounting Experience; One (1) year of supervisory audit accounting experience and experience in preparing corporations and companies in the financial services, not-for-profit, software, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and real estate industries for external audit.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
$115,000-$120,000, depending upon experience
