Growing concrete construction contractor is seeking to hire a Field Supervisor/Project Coordinator who will be charged with assisting in coordinating our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project schedules and adhering to tight deadlines, Scheduling subcontractors for multiple jobsites, keeping track of change orders and communicating changes with office staff, determine project changes and deciding which approach to take to complete in a timely manner.



 

The ideal candidate will be a leader and lead his team properly; achieving targets and objectives proposed by the management. Must have great communication skills, maintain communication with Office staff, subcontractors, builders, vendors for deliveries. Not only must a Field Supervisor be motivated , but a Supervisor must motivate his team in order to achieve any target and at the same time create a good work environment. This candidate must also be organized, keep track of all field measurements and communicate well with office.

Compensation is based on experience. We offer an annual bonus and Health, vision and dental insurance after a 90 day evaluation period.
