Level 3, Level 4, Level 5 ALL Shifts



(All expenses paid no relocation needed) Per Diem, Lodging and Car will be provided


Requirements

Candidates must have expertise on one or more of the following 300mm Implant Equipment Types: (Applicants without expertise on this equipment will not be considered)



300MM - ASM ALD




  • XP4/EmerALD

  • XP4/Pulsar

  • XP8/Synergis

  • 4-5 years of Preventive & Corrective Maintenance expertise on described platforms

    • Individuals should be drop in ready to go, i.e. only need a week or two to learn Intel deltas.

    • Individuals should be a proficient in all standard maintenance for at least one of the platform/modules listed below, including but not limited to:

      • Install and removal of: full chamber kit, chemical vessels, exhaust components, gas lines, etc.

      • Operation and teach of both FE/BE robots on tool

      • Non-Standard maintenance including software and hardware troubleshooting.





  • Monitor, control, and qualify state of the art 300mm semiconductor equipment

  • Ability to be successful in a customer facing role, react to changes in equipment manufacturing priorities



Person Specification:




  • The minimum requirement is to perform PM independently on ASM EmerALD and Pulsar toolsets

  • Able to do troubleshooting will be a plus. If there is expertise in ASM POLYGON 8300 PM, we will also consider.




  • Must be confident in a training style atmosphere

  • Must have the ability to work under their own direction or as part of a team

  • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and by written means and contribute to team based forums and meetings

  • Will be computer literate and able to use basic software packages and have the ability to learn client specific tools

  • Must be able to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs and be able to bend/kneel for extended periods of time, while wearing all appropriate PPE
