Community and Family Services, LLC. is a full-service family-based service provider that works in conjunction with various counties across the State of Minnesota. We strive to empower families to make decisions about their future, gain skills to improve relationships, and provide safe and loving environments for one another.

We provide family-based services such as visit supervision, parent education, and both virtual and in-person Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) meeting coordination and co-facilitation.

We are looking to add ethical, insightful, and reliable independent contractors to our staff for all four of our service areas.
