Growing Facility Maintenance company is seeking experienced general construction and repair technicians. 

 

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a variety of construction skillsets including but not limited to basic electrical, basic plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and basic mechanical. Must have excellent troubleshooting skills. Must have own tools and transportation.

 

Most of the work orders are small to medium sized repair jobs and restaurants and retail locations.

The current open positions are Part-Time, and are best fit for someone who wants to add to their existing workload. 



Work orders are computer based so you MUST have access to a computer, scanner or fax machine.
