Job Summary:

Comunale Properties is seeking a full-time employee to assist our team in day-to-day building maintenance and tenant service calls for our commercial properties located in and around the greater Denver, Colorado market. Through its subsidiaries, Comunale primarily acquires, develops, repositions, and manages single and multi-tenant light industrial properties, with a current portfolio of approximately 1,300,000 square feet of space.

Requirements

• Ability to interact with tenants, contractors and staff in a professional manner.
• Ability to work independently to organize projects, establish priorities and complete tasks in a timely fashion.
• Ability to manage stressful situations in a calm and business-like manner.
• Possess a valid drivers license with current automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• It is preferred if Applicant has a background in construction or property maintenance, with skills in general interior tenant improvement, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
• Applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day preventative maintenance at the properties, which includes:
  • General grounds inspections and cleaning
  • Various snow removal and landscaping cleanup
  • Minor irrigation repairs
  • Gutter and glass cleaning
  • Power washing
  • Replace light bulbs and clean light lenses
  • Light paint projects
  • HVAC filter replacement and coil cleanings
  • Ceiling tile replacement
  • Flooring removal
  • Light plumbing repairs
• Applicant will assist with the completion of tenant move-in and move-out reports.
• Applicant will clean and repair vacant suites prior to a tenant move-in and following a tenant move-out to the required specification of the asset manager.
