Job Description

TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

• Responsible for maintenance and legal compliance of all utility equipments and buildings.
• Ensure uninterrupted and healthy utility supplies Electrical power, Compressed air and water.
• Planning and execution of preventive/predictive maintenance schedules.
• Sustain LOTO activities and Zero incidents.
• Sustainability activities Energy, water and waste reduction
• Tracking, monitoring and improving department KPI MTBF, MTTR and PM Adherence

• 4-6 years of experience in upkeep of utility equipments and buildings
• Sound MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) knowledge and trouble shooting skills.
• Liasoning with local governing bodies and contractor management.
• Good knowledge of sustainability activities Energy and water reduction. Reduction of hazardous wastes, recycling etc.
• Hands-on experience in working with utility equipment, MCC and PCC.
• Good knowledge of instrumentation and control. Calibration and tuning of various sensors and controllers.
• Maintaining and adhering standards for IATF 16949 and ISO 45001
