Role: Facilities Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, CA 94105 (On-site)

Duration: 12+ Months

JOB ID: OI-629-3491

Pay Rate: $35/hour on W2 (All Inclusive)

Must have:

-2+ years of experience Managing Shipping and Receiving activities in a facilities role.

-Strong Computer Skills with prior experience with ServiceNow or another ticketing system.

-Prior experience conducting facility and R&M audits preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Shipping and Receiving and overall mailroom operations
  • Conducts facility and R&M audits and maintains accurate records.
  • Manage onsite R&M vendors
  • Printing room supplies inventory and stocking
  • Triage incoming work orders for the workplace team
  • Communicate with teammates on work order resolution
  • Provides on-site support for events, including meetings and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver on both long-term projects and daily tasks
  • Display self-motivation, a sense of urgency and strong sense of initiative to make independent decisions
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow or another ticketing system.
