Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Head to oversee our international business operations in the CIS and Russia region. As the Export Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing export strategies, managing international sales, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region. This is a leadership position that requires exceptional knowledge of the chemical industry, in-depth understanding of the export process, and strong business acumen.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute export strategies to penetrate the CIS and Russia markets
  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the region and develop plans to capitalize on them
  • Manage and lead a team of export professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in the region
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and trade policies in the CIS and Russia markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics, supply chain, and distribution processes
  • Prepare and present regular reports on export sales performance, market analysis, and business growth
  • Conduct periodic reviews of export contracts, pricing strategies, and terms of trade
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and developments to drive innovation and competitiveness.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as an Export Head or similar role in the chemical industry, specifically in the CIS and Russia markets
  • Strong understanding of export processes, regulations, and documentation
  • Excellent knowledge of the chemical industry, market dynamics, and customer needs in the CIS and Russia region
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective export strategies
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the international market
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Russian language
