Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ford Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing Ford vehicles to the highest standards. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and services
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Ford technologies and service procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive customer experience
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Ford Technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- In-depth knowledge of Ford vehicle systems and components
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in performing complex mechanical repairs and maintenance on Ford vehicles
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and software effectively
- Knowledge of Ford service manuals and procedures
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
