Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Qualifications:
- Valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current state nursing license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
- Experience in case management and coordinating care for complex patients
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations, including interpreting diagnostic tests and results
- Knowledge of pain management techniques for patients across the lifespan
- Comfortable working with children of all ages, from newborns to adolescents
