My name is Mike, I'm the Managing Partner of WebStreet, an investment platform focused on online businesses.

About the company:


WebStreet empowers investors to diversify their investments into passive and cash flowing portfolios of online content sites, Amazon storefronts and micro SAAS businesses (coming soon)

WebStreet was born out of a need in the market. Our Founders Justin, Joe and Managing Partner Mike realized through their original venture, Empire Flippers, that people wanted a way to get exposure to the high upside of online businesses but didnt necessarily have the knowledge or skill set to do so.

So they started WebStreet (formerly Empire Flippers Capital) and made an exciting new asset class available passively to investors.

About the role:

I am looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join my team and provide administrative support, with a primary focus on managing emails and coordinating travel arrangements. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of supporting high-level executives and be able to contribute immediately with their expertise.

This will start as a part-time hourly position, with potential for a full-time position for the right candidate.

I am seeking a candidate who is based in the US and has the flexibility to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organizing the executive team's email inbox
  • Coordinating and scheduling travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Maintaining a calendar and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Providing administrative support to the executive team as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Experience in email and calendar management
