Job Description
Short Description Deliver high quality technical training to HMCL field service staff international and domestic and channel partners , within a training centre environment to enhance product knowledge and improve the quality of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities - Impart Level 3 technical Training for HMCL field service staff (domestic & International Business) improve their technical knowledge and skill.
- To execute activity pertaining to learning and after sales service support material.
- Execution of Technical Skill Contest for channel partners workshop staff.
- Maintenance of facility at Global Learning Centre.
- Support to our other functional areas.
