SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant is an established, independent individual contributor, whose work has a direct impact on the business outcomes. Based in Hong Kong and being part of the Wealth Asia business team, you will need to make sure that work runs smoothly for the senior executive, keeping them organized and providing day-to-day administrative support.
POSITION SCOPE

We will count on you to:

Manage diaries for the senior executive. Support in managing emails and coordinating requests as required, including travel, accommodation, visa, immigration matters and all other administrative tasks.
Maintain diaries and schedule internal and external meetings accordingly.
Schedule conference calls, videoconference meetings, in-person and off-site meetings.
Provide administrative support to the governance committee and regional leadership meetings, relating to liaison and arrangements.
Provide technical assistance during calls, presentations, projects, etc.
Act as a liaison between the external or internal executives, managers and consultants. Build relationships with clients, stakeholders and peers.
Ad-hoc support to members of the Asian Wealth Leadership Team based in Hong Kong - as relevant.


What you need to have:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in supporting executive-level management from a sizeable, multinational organization. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems with little assistance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills. Strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin and Cantonese would be a plus.
A self-driven individual with a strong sense of responsibility and drive.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, trust and confidentiality.
