Environmental Services Supervisor $18 - $20.00

A housekeeping supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of a facility, such as a hotel, hospital, or office building. Their role involves managing a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and meet the established standards of cleanliness:

  1. Staff Management:
  • Hire, train, and schedule housekeeping staff members.
  • Assign duties and responsibilities to the housekeeping team.
  • Provide guidance and instruction to staff on cleaning procedures and techniques.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues.
  • Motivate and encourage the team to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

  1. Quality Control:
