Coordinate the gathering of information by the running of queries and reports between the field maintenance areas and assemble reports. (E.g. the abnormal conditions report, PM accomplishments report, etc.) -
This includes reports that are unique to one area or are standard to system wide which are supported and managed by the Asset Engineers. -
Manage the data in numerous Client databases to insure the quality and integrity of the data. -
Track and report data population, review the data and develop a knowledge of region trends and communicate these trends to TFS Asset Engineers. -
Some of the applicable Client databases are; ITIS, TGIS, TOR, CPV -
Support existing Client technology tools (ITIS, TGIS, iPad) and ensure they function properly and efficiently. -
Maintain continuous Improvement of Client T-Line maintenance procedures and guidelines. -
Continue to standardize our work practices across our traditional boundaries. -
Ensure our maintenance and inspection program meets our government requirements (PUC, PJM, NERC, etc.). -
Gather data for geographical specific information and coordinate assignments in support of the Transmission Field Services group. -
Assist the Asset Engineering group with the facilitation, coordination, communication / documentation, refinement, initiation and tracking of the capital replacement projects and programs. -
Participate in the T-Line Performance Evaluation Committee (T-Ops, NERC and NATF Reporting) -
Ensures that the conditions reported in Client's ITIS database are removed after the conditions have been corrected. -
