Title: Engineer I
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Cleveland, MS
Description: Candidate should have the ability to do the following:
1. Observe manufacturing operations and ask questions about the process and critical attributes.
2. Walk the manufacturing floor with existing SOPs and trainings to see if process being performed is what is being documented.
3. Ensure activities being performed are in compliance with site regulations in conjunction with Quality.
4. Assess the tasks needing to be performed for frequency, criticality, and difficulty.
5. Generate training materials for those tasks identified to be critical and difficult.
6. Collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
Engineering degree or experience preferred.
