Traveler cannot live within 100 miles of the facility service area.
In the confirmation please include 16 hours of nonbillable orientation and the hospital can flex/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty if there is a decrease in census.
NIHSS preferred but not required.
NRP preferred but not required.
