Job Summary:- Under general supervision, responsible for designing new products and processes and improving and maintaining existing products. Execute Electrical Harness and Schematic projects. May conduct design analysis on components and/or assemblies to assist in the development process by ensuring designs are cost efficient, manufacturable, and reliable. Communicates with the other engineering personnel to coordinate the interrelated design and assure project completion. Job Description - 5+ years of experience in Electrical Harness Routing & Packaging in heavy equipment domain.
- Hands on experience on Creo Schematic/diagram, Part design, Assembly, Sheet metal & Drafting.
- Utilize Creo to create highly integrated designs within the machine platforms
- Good experience in verification of harness design rules, Illustration drawings and layout preparation.
- Have knowledge on Electrical systems and be able to understand Schematics / Circuit design.
- Good Knowledge on components used for wiring harness design. (Wire types and its selection, Fuses, Relays, Controllers, connectors, coverings, support clips etc.)
- Knowledge on sheet metal design and automotive wire harness manufacturing process is an added advantage.
- Should be ready to work on multiple harness and schematic development tools.
- Should be able to interact with customers and provide solutions.

Basic Qualifications:- - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical plus 3+ years' experience in engineering
- 3+ years of engineering experience with Creo CAD Software.
- Previous working knowledge of NPI process
