The Opportunity is Located in Richmond California.

 



Position: Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician                                                               

Department: Instrument Manufacturing

Salary: Commensurate with experience Aggressive Base + Benefits                                            Location: Richmond, Ca. (Full Relocation Assistance provided)

 



Position Description:




  • You will assemble, align and test electro-mechanical subassemblies and instruments.

  • You will assemble electro-opto-mechanical assemblies with precision tools and fixtures.

  • You will integrate the electro-opto-mechanical components and assemblies to perform the final system qualification and inspection.

  • You will troubleshoot subassemblies and repair as necessary.

  • You will interpret spatial relationships of assemblies using detailed drawings and be able to work with procedures, parts lists, schematics, diagrams.

  • Must be familiar with mechanical measuring equipment, meters, oscilloscopes and other related test equipment.



 



Qualifications:




  • Associates Degree in a related technical field.

  • 2 to 4 years directly related experience.

  • Working knowledge of analog and digital electronics, electrical schematics, measuring instruments.

  • Electro-mechanical testing and troubleshooting of equipment is required.
