Job Overview
Gamut HR Solutions is looking for a dynamic and motivated E Commerce Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As an E Commerce Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales and driving revenue through various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales.
- Strong knowledge of online sales platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and eBay.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Energetic and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers on various e-commerce platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Manage online sales platforms, including uploading products, updating pricing and inventory, and ensuring accuracy of product information.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify opportunities for growth.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote company products and services.
