Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled E Commerce Manager to join our team at HIKBE Media Group. As an E Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online sales and achieving revenue goals. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in E Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in E Commerce management or related roles
• Proficient in E Commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in E Commerce

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets
• Manage and optimize the E Commerce platform to ensure a seamless and user-friendly customer experience
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and IT to enhance the E Commerce platform and deliver high-quality customer experiences
• Identify and implement digital marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers
• Manage and update product information, pricing, promotions, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to E Commerce operations
