Key Responsibilities
Manage Backend of Amazon Storefront: Ensure all product listings, descriptions, and prices are up to date. Troubleshoot issues and optimize the storefront for performance.
Work Closely with 3PL: Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to manage inventory, order fulfillment, and returns.
Track and Manage Process: Monitor and track performance metrics, orders, and customer feedback. Implement improvements as needed.
Ad Hoc Tasks and Projects: Provide additional support and jump in to assist with various tasks and projects as they arise.

Requirements
- Experience with managing an Amazon storefront is a must
- Experience with e-commerce operations is a plus
- Proficient in using ClickUp, Slack, and Zoom
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Super organized
- Detail-oriented

- Strong multitasking abilities
- Availability for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week, with potential for increased availability.
- Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-5pm) in Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time.
