ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with CEO to achieve revenue goals (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual).
2. Ensure client satisfaction in all aspects and consistent growth in revenue/profit margin as targeted by the Management.
3. Responsible to strengthen client relationships and ensure the successful continuance of business from the Clients.
4. Research and identifies New Business Opportunities.
5. Sell products (software, solutions and services) by establishing contact and developing client relationships.
6. Negotiates with the Consultant/Client and finalize the terms and conditions during the contract renewal/ amendment.
7. Prepares monthly Performance Reports and Clients visit reports.
8. Meetings of the projections anticipated from three months and above.
9. Identifies product improvement or new products by studying the latest market trends and closely monitoring the competitors.
10. Facilitate client requirement meetings- both in person and/or remotely using current online applications.
11. Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely manner.
12. Able to address client's question technically. Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.
13. Assist in companys branding and media communication activities such as advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.
14.Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), prospects and presentations.
15. Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices.
16. Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
17. Reach sales target given by the Top management (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual).

1. Expert English communication skills in both verbal and written, Arabic will be an advantage

4. Professionalism with colleagues and client relationship (B2B and B2C)
5. Flexible to changing conditions and possessing high level of integrity
6. Expert knowledge of various business principles such as marketing strategy, financial analysis, and supply chain oversight
7. Risk Management & Financial Analysis planning and implementation

QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Degree in Financial, Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or similar.
2. Completion of a pertinent Sales qualification is preferred.
3. Extensive experience preferably in Business Development.
4. Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
5. Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
6. Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
7. Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
8. E-Commerce Platforms and Solutions
9. Payment Gateway Solutions and System (Upgrade and Migration)
10. Channel integrations and certifications (ATM, CDM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, IVR, POS & mPOS)
11. Protocols, Compliances and Standards (e.g. PCIDSS, ISO8583, NDC+, 91x, VBV, XFS etc.)
12. Types of cards/payment MasterCard, Visa, American Express (AMEX)
13. General Banking fundamentals and Procedures
