E-Commerce Business Analyst - Houston, TX - Sysco Foods/InfosysWe are looking for a E-commerce (Retail and Supply Chain ) Business analyst with around 8-10 years39; experience based out of Houston. Rates would be around 85-90$/per hour.Description:The Senior consultant is responsible for understanding the product vision and strategy, drawing out themost value from a product. The Senior consultant also works closely with business leads and other ITtechnical leads to ensure the solution effectively addresses program priorities while maintaining technicalintegrity. The Senior consultant also attends most relevant product management meetings, PI planning,and backlog/vision refinement sessions.Job Duties/Essential FunctionsWork with Product Management/business leads to define the product, ensure it is integrated into theProgram and communicate the product vision to the teamPrioritize and make trade-offs based on understanding of strategies, budget, epics, enablerrequirements, dependent teams, goals and the value features and stories bring to the businessCollaborates with business stakeholders to define and prioritize the features and epics which yield thehighest business benefit for the organizationnbsp;Clearly capture solution intent and requirements create a wireframes, prototypes and communicatethe same with business leads for feedback and acceptanceUnderstand how product features are performing and customer satisfaction; provide suggestions forimprovement based on learningsLeads activities to support the delivery of new functionality including product launch communications,training materials, user acceptance testing, business validation, success criteria measurement andanalysisnbsp;Participates in program ceremonies (e.g., product increment planning sessions, retrospectives, etcbull;Owns the requirement elicitation and coordinates/supports development team for building this UIdevelopment with his knowledgenbsp;Defines the product roadmap and collaborates with Release Managers to create release plans andbacklogsnbsp;Writes features and success criteria with key stakeholders and business leadersbull;Creates and refines the product roadmap based on insights gained from business and memberfeedbacknbsp;Manages initiatives across multiple teams to drive project quality, reliability, scalability, and securitybull;Required Qualifications:10+ years overall experience with 4+ years39; in Retail and/or Manufacturing processesbull;Primary point of contact for business questions about projectsExcellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills as well as a positive attitudebull;Good knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, key retail processes including but not limited tosourcing, procurement, costing etcStrong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentation skillsbull;Demonstrated team-building skills with ability to influence and motivate team members that report toother groups in the organizationnbsp;Adept at assessing issues with ability to devise workable solutions quickly responding appropriatelybull;Proven ability to support and collaborate with multiple Project Managers, Business Sponsors and ITteams within a ProductExcellent organizational and planning skills, with experience building tactical plansbull;Flexible, must be able to change priorities quickly, focus on new ones without distraction, able to dealwith conflict and work under pressure to meet deliverable dates/timelinesnbsp;Must have experience in negotiating timelines and deliverables with a strong sense of urgencybull;Experience with executing project governance including change control and issue/risk managementbull;Preferred Qualifications:Business Analysis, ability to gather requirements and communicate to technical teamsExperience in Retail and/or Manufacturing sourcing, procurement, costing, order-to-cash procesesPartners with product delivery Manager, Tech Lead, QA, and engineers to continuously improve andmaximize output of delivery teamnbsp;Effectively builds & prioritizes user stories for each iterative delivery partnering with tech, QA,business SMEs to deliver eachnbsp;Maintains outcome focus by adjusting product roadmap, release strategy, & scope priorities based on realities of an agile environment
