Key Responsibilities:
- Design solutions, including process maps and workflow diagrams in alignment with standard coding practices and technology requirements.
- Collaborate with Dynamics CRM Administration on day-to-day activities and enhancements.
- Work with IT Business Analysts to understand business requirements.
- Work with Project Managers to build development plans and execute to that plan by meeting communicated milestones and functionality.
- Consult with application and solution architects to assure alignment with strategic direction for IT development.
- Converts logical design into program code. Analyses, reviews and rewrites programs to increase operating efficiency.
- Researches the setup and functionality of each supported module and advises/assists functional users with questions and debugging of problems.
- Evaluates and tests vendor-supplied software packages. Determines compatibility with existing systems. Provides technical support and troubleshooting for vendor software. Installs and tests vendor upgrades and patches.
- Coordinates the dissemination of information and reports related to application upgrades, fixes and new processes; to include analysis of the changes and the effects on the existing modules.
- Develops system and program test plans. Prepares and/or obtains test data. Conducts program and system testing. Evaluates test results. Debugs systems and programs.
- Supports user acceptance testing to ensure successful migration to new software versions.
- Trains users in the use of report writers.
- Prepares technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of program development. Maintains user manuals, system design documents, and program documentation.
- Writes instructions to guide operating staff during the use of on-line software and production runs.
- Performs reporting tasks utilizing site-standard reporting tools.
- Logs, monitors, and manages event calls regarding reported problems.
- Documents change control.
- Analyzes data and reports, conducts research, develops plans, procedures, and goals, and presents information to others.
- Performs on-call support functions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field with courses in programming and database systems or equivalent experience
- 3 years of application development and support experience with Dynamics CRM
- 2 years of experience integrating Dynamics CRM utilizing C#, NetCore, Visual Studio and other frameworks, workflows and plugins
- API development with source systems
Preferred:
- 4 years general application development and support experience
- Extensive experience with custom coding and integration with CRM packages to include
Progilisys
