• Upon receiving referral, make collateral calls to referring agency, review all documentation and notes pertaining to the family or individuals history and case plan.


• Provide drug screen collection: urine, hair or oral fluid specimen collection.


• Will collect specimens in the home, community or office. Travel is expected.


• Attend court hearings as requested by DFCS and attorneys.


• Attend monthly meetings as required for training or to receive updates regarding policies and procedures.


• Maintain compliance with all required training.


• Track units of service and dates of service as outlined on service authorization.


• Complete service documentation and mileage


• Bi-Lingual Applicants encouraged to apply

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED


• Valid Drivers license with good driving record and proof of insurance.


• Drug Screeners will be required to complete and pass a criminal background check (DHS OIG), safety screenings and drug screen.


• Must have access to a computer and telephone to contact clients and document services provided.


• Compensation: $27 per urine screen collection/ $39 per hair follicle screen collection and  $.40 per mile.
