Job Description

Distributor Manager , G&L , Sleep & Respiratory Care

Your role:

Achieve ambitious AOP and IGM Targets for SRC & HRC businesses in the ME thru focusing on winning OIT and securing Sales.

Develop sustainable flow business channels for SRC & HRC businesses in the ME thru applying special focus on Private and Public sectors.

Accelerate the growth of SRC & HRC businesses in ME by promoting our advanced technologies and product features and ensure successful launch of new products/solutions in the ME Market.

Provides technical expertise through Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations of SRC & HRC portfolios.

Build strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals in Intensive Care, Respiratory Care and Home Care Departments in Public and Private Healthcare Institutions.

Develop and drive credibility and long-term relationship with Business Partners and Sub-distributors (if any) and provide the required support to their local sales team to achieve their set financial targets.

Educates and train distributor sales force according to the company rules and standards. Plan frequent meetings with local partners and their market sales force.

Supports existing customers and SRC & HRC installed base in ME and provide the required support to our end-customers to ensure their full satisfaction.

Outpace competition in ME Market, target their accounts heavily, monitor their activities and provide complete market intelligence (incl. customer database) in order to analyze market dynamics.

Plans and organize workshops in the scope of sales and clinical marketing to promote our technologies and advanced features.

Participates in local congresses, trade shows and exhibitions related to SRC & HRC portfolios.

You're the right fit if:


Bachelors degree in a position-relevant program (health science, business, or engineering).

Preferably relevant experience in medical devices and Healthcare sector

Experience in indirect channel

Experience in relevant product portfolio

Outspoken communication, presentation, selling and effective negotiating skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,

Willingness and ability to travel

Ability to work independently while interacting amongst a (virtual) team with all levels of the organization.
