Job Description
As a Distribution Technician II supporting our Bio Tel Heart business segment, youll support the Distribution Department by receiving, preparing, cleaning, testing, configuring, purging, downloading, fulfilling, and shipping orders accurately and timely. Prep materials for kit packing operations. Assemble kits accurately with the appropriate contents. Replenish consumable supplies for kit assembling purposes.


Your role:

Breaking down inbound packages/kits that come in from customers, remove used materials and delivering to the next operation. And assisting in bringing the packages to and from the delivery truck.
Cleaning, sorting, and prepping materials for reuse.
Building and prepping kit packs from scratch (inserting items into boxes with appropriate devices/components/contents).
Performing device prep including, plugging, testing, cleaning, charging, purging data and scanning returned devices from patients.
Testing devices using computer assisted testing software, to meet or exceed predefined testing criteria and sorting/removing nonworking devices for further evaluation and repair, if necessary.
Performing inventory transactions timely and accurately and perform software upgrades, when required.
Assist in leading other Distribution Technicians towards team goals/metrics.




You're the right fit if:

High School Diploma or GED (required)
2+ years of experience in product testing, distribution, inspection and/or inventory control preferred and experience with electronic medical devices, modems, electronic testing devices and simulators (a plus)
Proficiency in Windows based applications and MS Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow work instructions and work safely
Must be detail oriented and a team player and must be sensitive to patient needs/data and patient confidentiality.
Order fulfillment experience is (a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment accurately and the ability to work safely.
