JOB DETAILS: Job Title: Data Modernization Director Duration: 2-3 years Contract Location: 570 East Woodrow Wilson, Jackson, MS 39216 Timings: 8-5pm 40hrs/week Required Skills/Experience Experience overseeing all day-to-day aspects (planning, organizing, budgeting, etc of multi-faceted datamanagement and/or modernization projects- Collection, cataloging and leveraging of large amounts of data across multiple subject matters to enable moreaccessible utilization and analysis of that data using data lakes, warehouses, catalogs, etc Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers involved in the collection, management and development of agencydata resources in order to advance the agency's data modernization goals. Experience working under data and IT security national standards applicable to the management and security ofprotected health information- Working knowledge of data management, visualization and analysis tools used to organize, leverage and sharemultiple forms of data- Experience working with multiple types of vendors of modern data management and analysis software, systems, andapplications.
