Wisdom is currently seeking an experienced data engineer to join our potential team in Engineering and Business Solutions. In this role, you will employ a variety of techniques to convert raw data into valuable data systems. This includes the creation of algorithms and the execution of statistical analysis. Your overarching objective will be to enhance efficiency by aligning data systems with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and structure raw data processing: Evaluate and organize raw data for processing.

Build data systems and pipeline processing: Develop skills in constructing data systems and processing pipelines.

Understand business needs and objectives processing: Gain an understanding of business requirements and objectives for processing data.

Interpret trends and patterns processing: Interpret trends and patterns by connecting data.

Execute complex data analysis and report on results: Visualize and conduct complex data analysis, reporting on the findings.

Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling: Be adept at preparing data for use in prescriptive and predictive modeling.

Construct algorithms and prototypes: Develop strong capabilities in creating algorithms and prototypes.

Integrate raw data from various sources: Combine raw data from multiple sources.

Enhance data quality and reliability: Explore methods to improve data quality and reliability.

Identify opportunities for data acquisition: Recognize potential data acquisition opportunities.

Develop analytical tools and programs: Create analytical tools and programs.

Collaborate with data scientists and architects on various projects: Work closely with data scientists and architects on multiple projects.

Requirements and Skills:

Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role

Technical expertise in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques

Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, NodeJS, React, Matlab, etc.)

Hands-on experience with SQL database design

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus

Data engineering certification (e.g., IBM Certified Data Engineer) is a plus
