Title: Data Coordinator
Location: Racine, WI
Duration: 7 Months
The applicant must be able to work on campus 5 days a week. This is not a remote position.

SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for managing global product data within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. Collaborate and engage with the business teams such as Marketing, Packaging Engineers, Formulators, Product Supply, etc. to consistently deliver accurate data with a high level of quality and functionality that meets the business user's requirements. Serves as the first point of contact for any Bill of Material (BOM) data-related issues with stakeholders to ensure prompt and accurate resolution. Promotes data governance best practices & standards to maintain robust, accurate, high-integrity data by ensuring compliance to Client Policy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Data Manager
Create, maintain, and manage product data by interfacing with a broad range of contacts to ensure fast and accurate new product introductions and brand maintenance.
Collaborate with the Product Data Management (PDM) team to refine, improve and maintain PDM-related processes, standard operating procedures and ensure all global needs are detailed within PDM instructions and procedures
Provide service excellence to the customers within the agreed Service Level Agreements with the business
Develop, maintain, share, and support all training efforts incorporating best practices for Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) materials
Develop, maintain, and run trend reports for data process performance analysis and management sharing

2. Process Improvement
Demonstrate data process to customers, conduct training, coordinate the transition to business owners, and provide operational support.
Serve as the first point of contact for project teams when process questions arise. Ensure prompt, accurate resolution by applying sound judgment for decision-making and/or escalation.
Provide service excellence to the customers when maintaining the finished goods and formula SAP data by offering Service Level Agreements compatible with the business needs
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma & Agile methodologies.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
BA or BS degree in a technical or business degree
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, Macros, etc.)
Reporting / Analytical skills / Coding
Intermediate Microsoft SharePoint 365 navigation and editing skills
Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills
Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with diverse internal and external customer groups
Excellent active listening skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to allow for the ability to manage multiple projects and develop contingency plans when needed
Ability to work through conflicting priorities and changing priorities


Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
SAP knowledge in the Bill of Material creation & maintenance at a global level as well as managing related data governance principles & policies
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience working with scrum tools like JIRA, Confluence, Mira
