While Zaden HQ is in Minneapolis, MN, this role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex databases and data architecture solutions that support our financial products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data models that meet our needs.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues by working closely with development teams and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data analysts and business intelligence teams to develop data visualizations and reports that support business decisions.
• Define and implement data migration and integration strategies to ensure the smooth transfer of data between different systems.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data architecture and use this knowledge to improve our data infrastructure and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data architecture and database design.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Extensive experience with ETL tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Compensation: $89,000 - $262,000 Annually
