Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Architect or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
• Proficiency in data modeling and database design
• Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools
• Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop the company's data architecture and systems
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through proper data governance and quality assurance practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Identify and resolve data-related issues and bottlenecks
• Develop and implement data integration strategies to consolidate and manage data from various sources
• Oversee data modeling and database design
• Establish and maintain data security and privacy controls
• Monitor and optimize database performance
• Provide guidance and support to the IT team on data-related matters
