Job Description:

A CRMA SFDC Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce (SFDC), plays a critical role in managing customer relationship management analytics.

In short, a CRMA SFDC Analyst is essential for managing and analyzing CRM data, creating impactful dashboards, and providing actionable insights to drive sales and improve customer relationships. They must possess a blend of technical expertise in Salesforce, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.

Here is a detailed job description for this position:

Salesforce Data Management:

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data structure and database management.
  • Ability to manage and maintain data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Expertise in data cleansing, deduplication, and import/export of Salesforce data.
  • Understand the business logic for identifying the Business Groups, LOBs, Product lines etc

Dashboard Creation and Management:
  • Skilled in creating comprehensive and interactive dashboards in CRMA (Customer Relationship Management Analytics) to visualize key metrics.
  • Capability to customize dashboards based on different user needs and business requirements.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce reporting and analytics tools to track sales pipeline, customer engagement, and other critical metrics.
Sales Pipeline Analysis:
  • Analyzing the sales pipeline to provide insights on sales trends, forecasting, and performance.
  • Assisting the sales team in identifying potential opportunities and risks within the sales pipeline.
  • Providing recommendations to improve sales strategies based on data-driven insights.
Business Communication:
  • Regularly updating the business stakeholders on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed reports and findings to senior management.
  • Serving as a liaison between the technical team and business units to ensure alignment of CRM strategies with business goals.
Technical Expertise and Continuous Learning:
  • Staying updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates.
  • Continuously enhancing skills in CRM analytics, database management, and data visualization tools.
  • Collaborating with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce with other business systems for seamless data flow.
Problem-Solving and Project Management:
  • Identifying and resolving issues related to CRM data and analytics.
  • Leading projects focused on CRM enhancements and Salesforce integration.
  • Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
User Training and Support:
  • Conducting training sessions for new Salesforce users and providing ongoing support.
  • Developing user guides and documentation for CRM processes and dashboard usage.
  • Ensuring that users are maximizing the benefits of Salesforce and CRM analytics.
