Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hotel Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience for our client. The ideal candidate will be an adept leader with excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Our client is a distinguished gaming and hospitality leader in Central Luzon known for their innovative approach and commitment to excellence. They are seeking a dynamic Administrative Manager who will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting their executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests. Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff, housekeeping, and other hotel departments during assigned shifts. Ensure adherence to hotel policies and standards.
Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotels reputation.
Staff Management: Manage and support hotel staff during shifts, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality.
Administrative Duties: Prepare daily reports, including occupancy rates, guest feedback, and financial transactions. Assist in budgeting and forecasting as needed.
Emergency Response: Act as the point of contact for emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fires, and security incidents. Follow established procedures and coordinate with relevant authorities.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance hotel operations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods.
