Full Job Description Customer Support Specialist Reports To: VP Delivery Management/IT Job Overview: We are seeking an IT Support Technician who possesses a passion for providing quality customer service as well as strong communication skills. This role will provide Tier 1 technical assistance for incoming queries and issues related to Coronis software products. Customer communications will be conducted over the phone and/or via e-mail, and issues will be tracked using a ticketing system. Responsibilities and Duties -
Serve as the first point of contact for Coronis customers seeking technical assistance. -
Manage issues in a timely manner. -
Diagnose, research, and resolve Tier 1 technical hardware and software issues. -
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. -
Participate in improvements to customer support procedures, policies, and support systems. -
Other duties as assigned. -
Microsoft Office 365 -
Basic Active Directory knowledge -
Antivirus (Endpoint and Server) -
PC hardware -
Basic network troubleshooting - networked and wireless connectivity issues Requirements/Qualifications -
Minimum of 1 year of desktop support experience. A+, MCSA certification is a plus. -
Excellent written and verbal communication skills -
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues Salary Range : Based on experience.
