Requirements

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled swiftly and effectively
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency with our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement best practices for customer support

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills: You'll need to be comfortable with using various software applications and have the ability to quickly learn new ones
  • Excellent telephone communication skills: A pleasant and clear phone voice is a must. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, so a friendly, professional demeanor is important
  • Native-level English fluency: You should be able to effortlessly converse in English and convey information clearly and accurately
