Remote Customer Service Representative
(REMOTE POSITION) Must reside in Tampa Bay, FL or San Antonio, TX to apply.
Great schedule: Mon Friday 10:30am 7pm ET

Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound customer service calls for a leading healthcare payments company, to assist and answer questions around medical payment processing, statement inquiries and other customer support needs. WHAT YOULL DO:
- Provide inbound customer service for a leading healthcare payments company.
- Consistently provide a great customer experience.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of customer service experience; healthcare preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- High School Diploma required
- Background check & drug screening required
Required Equipment
- A laptop or desktop PC (cannot be an Apple product, Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10
- Ability Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
- USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
- Webcam (external or embedded)
