We at the Data Research Team is responsible for researching information from various resources and finding the accurate information for our Caller ID and also building long lasting relationships with our users.

As a Customer Support Agent ( Data Research ) This role will involve, in particular, working on user data. Our responsibility is to provide users with the correct information when they search for a number on our app or website. We do research on the available resources and also conduct data analysis to improve the overall process. Our main focus will be to improve the quality of data. If necessary, work on chats/ Emails and make calls to get the user feedback

What do we expect from you

  • 2+ years of customer support experience including working with data tasks like report generation, data cleansing, data collection., etc
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Graduation (Any)

What will you work on

  • Improving the quality of user data.
  • Making Outbound calls, if necessary to collect more information from the users.
  • Ability to gather, view, and analyze data
  • Analyze the current trend and identify process improvement ideas
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret large data sets and identify patterns or trends
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet programs like MS Excel and Google sheets
  • Responsible for gathering data, doing research and updating the accurate information on our database
  • Deeply understand the data working with and identify any potential issues or gaps
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures
  • Achieve the daily target assigned and also maintain quality
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

It would be great if you also have

  • Six sigma certification
  • Multiple Language proficiency
