We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service emails, providing prompt and helpful responses to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Order gifts and schedule appointments for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage comments, DMs, and engagement on social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
  • Coordinate photo shoots, organizing the involvement of team members, props, required items, attire, and other logistics.
  • Assist with various projects as needed, supporting the overall success of the team.
  • If experienced, manage Google ad campaigns, monitoring performance and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Display a passion or interest in fine china and entertaining, bringing enthusiasm and knowledge to the role.
  • Possess a Type A personality with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing ideas and insights to enhance customer service and social media strategies.
  • Take a proactive and self-starting approach to tasks and responsibilities.
  • Utilize intuitive organization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective communication with customers, team members, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Passion or interest in fine china and entertaining is a must.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and consistency in customer service and social media engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
  • Intuitive organization skills to maintain order and efficiency in daily activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience with managing Google ad campaigns is a plus.
  • Availability for approximately 5 hours per week, with flexibility to increase as needed.
  • Located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
